Kevin Albaum is a board-certified elder law attorney with over 10 years of experience at Clark, Campbell, Lancaster, Workman, & Airth, P.A. in Lakeland, Florida. He focuses his practice in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Guardianship, Probate Administration, Trust Administration, Medicaid Planning, as well as Probate and Trust Litigation.

In 2021, Kevin achieved board certification in elder law by the Florida Bar Board of Specialization and Education Certification. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. In 2024, Kevin was honored as one of the “Thirty Under 36” lawyers by the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division, recognizing his outstanding achievements in the legal community.

Kevin is also a member of Leadership Polk Class XVIII and was selected as a Polk Emerging Leaders Awards recipient in 2022 by multiple Polk County Chambers of Commerce. He served as president of the Lakeland Bar Association and remains an active member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, where he is completing a fellowship. Additionally, he is an active participant in the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and serves as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee for VISTE, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting seniors in the Lakeland area.

Outside of his professional life, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, who is the Vice President of Student Life at Florida Southern College and the past president of both the Junior League of Greater Lakeland and the Florida Children’s Museum. Together, they have a daughter, Nina, and two goldendoodles, Brinkley and Liberty. Kevin’s hobbies include playing tennis and ice hockey.
