Providing Legal Leadership
Since 1988

H. Adam Airth, Jr.

Shareholder

Hal Adams (“Adam”) Airth, Jr., grew up in Live Oak, Florida, where both his mother’s and father’s families have deep roots.  He attended Flagler College (St. Augustine, Florida) where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting (magna cum laude).  Adam then attended the University of Florida College of Law (Gainesville, Florida) where he received a Juris Doctor degree (with honors) and a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) in Tax.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 while completing the LL.M. program.

Adam has lived and practiced law in Lakeland, Florida, since 1997.  Additionally, since 1998, he has maintained an office in Live Oak, Florida, where he spends 9 to 10 weeks over the course of each year assisting clients in and around Suwannee, Columbia, and Madison counties.  Adam practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, corporate formation and administration, business planning, business transition planning and mergers and acquisitions.

Adam enjoys working with his clients and assisting them with addressing and overcoming any issues they might currently have and helping with planning to prevent future issues from arising.  You can expect creative but practical problem-solving and advice from him.  While informed about and experienced in a myriad of complex legal and tax strategies, a law school professor once advised Adam to practice KISS (keep it simple stupid) wherever possible and that is a principle he strives to live by personally and professionally.

If you spend time with Adam, at some point you will likely hear about his wife (Katie) and his children (Abigail and Arminda), how cropping tobacco as an 8th grader changed his life, his passion for travel (both within the U.S. and throughout the world), his love of reading, his take on current events, and how his smoked brisket is the best (at least in his own mind).
