Megan E. Charity
Associate
Megan Charity is a native Floridian, born in Jacksonville, Florida and raised in Oldsmar, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University in 2020, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in History, with a Minor in Recreation and Tourism. While attending Florida State, she was a member of the Women in Pre-Law Society and the Seminole Striders Running Club.
Megan received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2023. During her time in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable United States Magistrate Judge Amanda Arnold Sansone, as an Articles and Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review, and as a teaching assistant for Professor Louis Virelli. She also served as the Secretary for the National Alliance on Mental Illness at Stetson and was a member of both the Florida Association for Women Lawyers at Stetson and the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Society.
Prior to graduating, Megan accepted a position as an associate attorney at Clark, Campbell, Lancaster, Workman, & Airth, P.A., and she is excited to be part of the Lakeland Community. In her free time, she enjoys antiquing, gardening, and spending time with her husband (Grayson), their cat (Luna), and pug (Steve).
