
Madison R. Newberg
Associate
Madison Newberg was born in Albemarle, North Carolina and raised in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University in 2020, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, with a Minor in Criminology.
Madison received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2024. While attending Stetson, she was a member of the nation’s top ranked advocacy program as a member of the Moot Court Board and served as a legal intern for the Honorable United States Magistrate Judge Christopher Tuite. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the National Order of the Barristers, a national honor society that recognizes the top advocates at each law school. Madison also received the Moot Court Award of Excellence, which recognizes the Moot Court Board member who has demonstrated excellence in oral advocacy, written advocacy, professionalism, and work ethic.
Madison was a summer associate at Clark, Campbell, Lancaster, Workman & Airth, P.A., the summer before her final year of law school and was thrilled to accept an offer to return as an associate attorney after graduation. Madison and her husband are excited to be new members of the Lakeland community. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband (Dante), their miniature dachshund (Rosie), cats (Stitch and Lacey), and hedgehog (Tater Tot).
