Edward B. Kerr

Associate

Edward “Ed” Kerr was born in Orlando, raised in Lakeland, Florida, and lived in Lakeland for 16 years. Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Florida Southern College as a prestigious Hollingsworth Scholar. Upon graduation, he enrolled in Washington & Lee School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. During his legal studies, he interned for Justice R. Fred Lewis of the Florida Supreme Court and externed for Judge Marcus Long Jr. and Judge Robert Turk in the 27th Judicial Circuit Courts of Virginia.

Upon passing the Florida Bar in 2019, Ed joined a local firm where he practiced civil litigation, primarily defending against personal injury, premises liability, use of force, and constitutional claims. Then, in 2025, he joined Clark, Campbell, Lancaster, Workman, & Airth, P.A., to focus on practicing elder law and estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, guardianship and civil litigation.

Ed currently lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife, Miki, their daughter, Noel, and their two cats. When not in the office, he enjoys spending his time with his family.
