Estate Planning Team

Clark, Campbell, Lancaster, Workman, & Airth, P.A. Estate Planning Team builds estate plans based on a comprehensive assessment of the personal, legal, and financial affairs of the client to develop a plan ensuring the client’s assets are well-managed during the client’s lifetime and transferred according to the client’s wishes at death by using wills, trusts, or other estate planning documents. During our planning process, we focus on minimizing the estate and income tax consequences and costs to the overall estate while carrying out the client’s goal of transferring the assets to the intended beneficiaries. We work closely with our clients to determine their specific needs and desires.

Our attorneys also recommend and prepare ancillary documents to help ensure each client has considered and given the legal authority to a proper agent or attorney to make legal, financial, and medical decisions for the client in the event of the client’s incapacity. Our attorneys with over 68 years of experience, believe that a sound estate plan should address what may happen in the unfortunate event that a client loses mental capacity and is unable to continue handling his or her financial affairs due to an accident or the progression of mental disease.
